Katy graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and a minor in Psychology. While there she completed an internship that focused on nutrition counseling and helping clients create a healthy relationship with food. She also volunteered at Clara Maas Medical Center doing nutrition support group presentations for cardiac patients.
Being a NJ local, Katy is passionate about improving the well-being of her community. Her goal is to re-shape the nutritional habits and behaviors of her clients to enhance their long-term health and reduce the risk of obesity, cancer, and chronic disease while creating a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
