Rachel Docherty has been teaching group fitness since 2002 and with a background in education and music it was a smooth transition from being an elementary school teacher. Rachel is certified to teach indoor cycle as well as strength training, cardio, balance, core and stretch. Her passion is to connect with the members and deliver a fun, motivating class every time so you leave the gym not only looking and feeling better on the outside but feeling great on the inside.
Rachel loves to walk the local trails with her Golden Retriever Poppy, ski in the mountains with her husband and two sons and travel this beautiful world, visiting her homeland of Great Britain as often as possible.
