Loretta Reilly is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping people stay strong, active, and energized at every stage of life. As both a trainer and longtime track and field coach, she brings technical expertise, thoughtful programming, and a supportive coaching style to every session.
With more than ten years of experience, Loretta understands how to build strength, improve performance, and develop confidence through movement. She has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, designing personalized programs that combine resistance training, mobility, and functional fitness while emphasizing proper form and injury prevention. Loretta also worked as a rehab trainer in a chiropractic office, helping clients safely rebuild strength and stability while recovering from back issues and other injuries.
Loretta believes fitness should support a vibrant life—not just workouts in the gym. Her goal is to help clients build strength, improve endurance, and develop habits that support long-term health and wellbeing.
