Fitness can take any shape you want it to. Whether it’s cycling, dancing, boxing, or playing hopscotch! Chrissy believes that whatever it is that keeps you coming back for more, builds confidence or makes you smile is a great place to start. Those are just some of the reasons why she, as an instructor, keeps coming back for more as well. Group fitness gives Chrissy the opportunity to help people discover what types of movements appeal to them. When that journey is taken together, we create a community that can help and guide each other to reach whatever those fitness goals might look like.

As an instructor going on 10 years, teaching cardio step, weight training, mind/body and functional movement, among other things, Chrissy has found that it has changed her life in such a meaningful and positive way, and she hopes it can do the same for you too!

Chrissy is CPR/AED Certified in Adult/Child/Infant.  She is also ACE Certified in Mat Pilates, YogaFit Certified in Yoga, and Certified by MOSSA for Group Cinergy, Group Active and MOVE30.
