Francesca recently gained in excess of 20 pounds and was out of the habit of exercising. She was not only looking to lose weight; she wanted to be better conditioned and incorporate exercise back into her routine.
Francesca had previously been a member of Eastpointe Health & Fitness and had achieved some great results in the Jeans Challenge program. When she came back, she was pleasantly surprised to see some of the trainers she was already familiar with, as well as some new faces. “All of the Eastpointe staff, desk and trainers, are always so helpful and there for assistance whenever I need it. They made we feel welcomed, like I had never left!”
Since joining, Francesca has been very consistent. She is happy to report that she has lost the 20 pounds, is feeling great and plans on continuing with her program. “I now really understand that there is an appropriate way to work out that fits my age and fitness level,” Francesa states while smiling. She feels confident that Roy, her trainer, can make her workouts beneficial despite any physical limitations she has.
