Danielle was struggling to find an exercise routine that not only worked for her but kept her engaged and motivated. She enjoyed her yoga and running; however, she still felt she was not as strong or fit as she wanted to be. Danielle also felt sluggish, and her clothes didn’t fit as she’d hoped. Danielle Comes to the Right Place!
After a thorough assessment in Shore Results, laying the foundation for her customized program, Danielle had exactly what she needed. A structured strength training program designed specifically for her and what she would like to achieve. It wasn’t long before Danielle was working her program three times each week and seeing the benefits of working with the best trainers in the area. “In the upcoming weeks I saw my strength increase, endurance improve and body fat decrease!” Danielle explained. The new program she received every 4-5 weeks kept it engaging and more fun; all while challenging her muscles in unique and beneficial ways.
Danielle Sets Some Goals Related to Nutrition and Her Upcoming Wedding
While the trainers were inspiring her workouts, Danielle’s progress also encouraged her to participate in Eastpointe’s New Year New You challenge. This challenge gave her the confidence to take an honest look at her diet and nutrition and make the necessary changes. Diet and nutrition are sometimes the hardest part, but it was just another goal Danielle set for herself, and another goal achieved. After making dietary changes, Danielle felt more focused and more energized, allowing her to keep up with her 8-year-old daughter. Changes, she admits, which may not have occurred if it weren’t for her participation in the New Year New You challenge.
Although Danielle was feeling great and was in the best shape she has been in years, that didn’t stop her from setting yet another goal. With her wedding in Italy coming up in six months and the wedding dress of her dreams hanging in her closet, she embarked on six months of intense training, supervised by Eastpointe trainers like Julia and Izzy. It wasn’t easy, but with the help of the Eastpointe staff, Danielle not only fit into her wedding dress, but she rocked it!
Danielle continues to train in Shore Results regularly and still sets goals to work towards, knowing that with her determination and the support that Eastpointe provides, there is no goal she cannot achieve. Danielle credits a lot of her success to how personal the trainers make it for her. Saying that they are “in tune with my needs” which inevitably will make the likelihood of success all that greater!
