Are you ready for the Summer Beach Season?

The Spring Squad Showdown will run from April 15th until May 26th and will get your ready for the summer! You can join the contest for just $200 or there are several upgrade options available that include all the help you need to be successful. 

Weigh-ins start on April 11th but that is only one way to earn points for your team!  Full details and rules will be distributed to each team but you can score points in many categories including* :

  • Overall check ins and workouts at the club
  • Relay Race
  • Hill Sprints
  • Working out with your team
  • Farmers Carry Challenge
  • Wall sit challenge
  • Row the Coast

*all challenges are adjusted based on skill level and physical ability. Don’t be intimidated

What is included:

  • Participation on a team with an assigned coach
  • Shore Results Group Classes
  • Nutrition Guideline Meeting
  • Weekly Team emails
  • Motivational challenges – all scheduled in accordance with your availability
  • Eligible for $2000 prize. Awarded to the team of 4 with the most points earned during the six weeks

All Inclusive Training Option: ($399)

If you are not a Shore Results member and are serious about losing fat this option is for you! You will receive all the benefits of being a Shore Results training client for the 6 weeks of the program.

Shore Results Essentials Option: ($299)

If you are looking for a customized workout to improve your results but want to keep your cost lower and still get ongoing support; this option is ideal for you! You get a customized workout with 2 semi-private training sessions, unlimited Shore Results Group Classes and coaching.

Informational Seminar

Thursday, April 11th at 6:30pm

We’ll kick off the challenge with an informational seminar on April 11th 6:30. Here you’ll learn more about workout recommendations and other details that will help you get the best results during the competition. Topics will include what you need to know about nutrition to get the most effective results, what foods to eat to lose fat, the best types of exercise for fat loss, why people fail and what you can do to make sure you succeed.

Official Summer Beach Challenge start date is Monday, April 15th!
