What motivates you to achieve your weight loss and fitness goals?

When you really sit down and think about it, the key to any successful change in your life comes from being intrinsically motivated.  Much of what the Real Results health and weight loss program offers is “external” motivation.  You get the tools, someone attempts (key word here!) to keep you on track with your eating and exercise, you work with a group of people that are also trying to achieve the same goals….the bottom line is always WILL YOU DO IT???

The reason that we meet as a group once a week is to explore the internal reasons about making a change and HOW we can go about doing it.  If you are missing these meetings (or are not meeting with me in person) each week you are missing out on a very important part of the program.  As I said before – the inside work is what makes the difference for people.  The group members that are successful are ENGAGED in the program.  They do the work.

We are in week 6 of the program.  The average weight loss per person has been 4 lbs.  It is time to ask yourself an important question, you have less than 3 weeks left in this program.  Can you give me your commitment for the next 3 weeks???  It is a small amount of time to ask for and you owe it to yourself.  Re-evaluate your goals. What is most important to you?  Write things down, stay focused for me!  Stay focused FOR YOU!
