Week #2 Real Results

Everyone has received an assessment, nutrition plan and personalized workout program. We have set up 4 different groups for training. You may see “Team Real Results” working with Charlie, Rose and Kevin in the gym. During our first group meeting participants learned about the importance of balance in their diets as well as in their lives. One thing that is extremely important in weight loss is the amount of rest your body gets as well as your stress levels. The underlying hormones that are affected by these two factors can undermine anyone’s efforts. It is not always about “self-control”, bio-chemical changes within your body can lead to sugar & carbohydrate cravings. By feeding our bodies a balanced diet, with the correct amounts of protein, carbohydrate & fat we can begin to see changes in everyone’s energy levels.
