Week #1 Real Results

Welcome to the Real Results program blog.  We have a very motivated group of 23 participants that joined the program and began their journey on September 29th with our team kickoff meeting.  Our goals range from toning & decreasing body fat to losing upward of 60 pounds!  We have another mother – daughter team (the second such pair in our ongoing program.)  The real life stories, goals and commitment of each person are what makes each group special.  It is my pleasure to work with these people and support them in their healthy lifestyle changes.  Our trainers and staff are also truly supportive – designing plans that work with any limitations, helping them to set goals.   Check back in each week to see their progress, achievements & biggest challenges!
