With over 55 group fitness classes per week as part of your gym membership, there are so many classes to choose from. And with early morning classes starting at 5 am and evening classes starting as late as 7 pm, you are bound to find classes you enjoy and that you can fit in your busy schedule. We also offer childcare at the gym for Moms with little children, who would like to carve some workout time while having the peace of mind that their children are safe and entertained in our childcare.
Here’s a sample of some of our popular group fitness classes:
This class combines breath-work and yoga poses with core work, with a focus on balance and posture. The class closes with a guided relaxation.
This class provides a cardio workout on stationary spin bikes. It is designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Total Body Spin is a separate class that alternates between strength training and fat burning cycles.Total Body Strength
As the name implies, this class provides strength training for the whole body. Each class includes exercises that train each of the major muscle groups. It also includes core exercises.
This class focuses on working out the core, but without doing endless sit-ups and crunches. The class will help tighten the abs and improve your posture.
This fitness aims to tone and sculpt your body. The exercises involve the use of resistance bands, stability balls, and free weights.
