Hi good morning Kim. A while back you help me with my nutrition to help me lose weight. You created a binder for me that had like my calorie intake my body fat and several other things in it. I was wondering if you guys still do that. I started going to the gym back in November for the first time in a while. I was going before then but was dealing with a severe ankle injury on and off and a back issue. Things seem to be going very well right now so I would like to keep on top of it. I started at 205 pounds back in November I am down to 190. I would like to get down to at least one 180-175 and do a little strength training to define muscle Let me know if you can help I’m sure you can thank you.
