One of the first things that I tell my Real Results participants at the Kickoff session is to get more sleep. They look at me with a puzzled expression. The amount of sleep (or lack thereof) is directly associated with weight gain in many studies. Our busy lifestyles today often lead to shorter rest periods; affecting our hunger hormones, cortisol levels…and weight. Are you getting enough rest to support a healthy body? Maybe the answer to your weight loss has been right on your favorite pillow all along!
