Since graduating, she has practiced exclusively in the outpatient setting, beginning her career in her home state of Connecticut and continuing her work along the Jersey Shore. In 2019, she achieved the distinction of becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font\">Dr. Nikki has pursued advanced training in the McKenzie Method, cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and <\/span><span class=\"font\">pelvic health. Her treatment approach integrates hands-on manual therapy with individualized exercise programs to improve mobility, build strength, and restore function for patients of all ages.
