He was about to begin his first round of 75 Hard and wanted guidance to build consistency and make lasting changes. That\u2019s when he connected with Eastpointe\u2019s Nutritionist, Katy, and began regular nutrition check-ins alongside his workouts in the gym.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past two years, he has transformed not only his body but his entire mindset. With Katy\u2019s support, he learned how to track macros, water, and caffeine intake, while also prioritizing meal pacing to fuel workouts and recovery. He likes to adjust his nutrition with the seasons to support his changing goals, whether it\u2019s increasing strength and energy in the winter or refining endurance and fitness in the summer, all in a sustainable and healthy way.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, he\u2019s discovered the value of whole foods over heavy supplementation, the necessity of recovery and sleep, and the balance that comes from listening to his body. \u201cI\u2019m not chasing overnight results anymore,\u201d he shared. \u201cThis is about creating a lifestyle I enjoy, and I\u2019m proud of the progress I\u2019ve made.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Today, fitness has become part of who he is. Whether it\u2019s hitting new PRs in the gym, taking a hike through the woods, starting the morning with a beach walk, or recovering in the sauna after a HIIT workout, he\u2019s found peace and joy in the process.
