Team Body Transformation Contest
Here’s how it works…
- You will complete in Teams of 4 with the Grand Prize going to the team with the biggest change in body fat percentage over the six weeks.
- Prizes will also be given for the top male, female, and power couple.
- An optional “Workout of the Week” will be posted and scored each week where teams can complete for additional prizes.
- The winners will receive over $5000 in a combination of cash and prizes. *
- Everyone must complete their initial weigh-in between January 11th and 17th, as well as a final weigh-in between February 22nd and 25th.
- The Winners will be announced at our Finale Party the week of February 26th.
*Based on a minimum of 10 teams registered.

We’ll kick off the challenge with an informational seminar on January 11th at 7:00. Here you’ll learn more about workout recommendations and other details that will help you get the best results during the competition. Topics will include what you need to know about nutrition to get the most effective results, what foods to eat to lose fat, the best types of exercise for fat loss, why people fail and what you can do to make sure you succeed.
Official New Year, New You program start date is Monday, January 15th!
